IGNTD™ Recovery Coaching (IRC)

IGNTD™ is making it easier than ever for harm reduction and alternative addiction helpers to get the training they need,

find hungry clients
who need their help,

and create a seamless system to do it all remotely.

At IGNTD, coaches pay a low monthly fee of $250 that covers everything:

ONGOING TRAINING

TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM SET UP + SUPPORT

PEER INTERACTION + COLLABORATION

As coaches train (self-paced and live training are part of the system) they gain access to higher and higher levels of IGNTD Recovery Coaching (IRC), which in turn open up opportunities to provide more services as well as increase fees within the system.

From early training on, IRC trainees are able to educate themselves, observe group interactions and become immersed in our community. Once trained, they begin by supporting new users’ early onboarding experience, provide spot-coaching and support, co-lead and then solo-lead groups and eventually provide individual coaching and other available services.

Coaches are expected to maintain active engagement in each of the phases and will be observed and rated to assure alignment with IGNTD™’s values of shame-free and supportive recovery. Fees continue to be paid throughout the coach-IGNTD engagement and, when coaches begin being paid for providing services, a portion of paid fees (currently 25%) will be retained by IGNTD.

We are explicitly looking for helpers who are self-starters, entrepreneurial and are sick and tired of the narrow-minded approach the addiction field has been stuck in for too long.
