1. Who we are

Unhooked Live is sold by IGNTD INC. ("IGNTD", "we", "us") and led by Dr. Adi Jaffe. When you buy a seat, you agree to these terms and to IGNTD's Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't buy.

2. What this program is, and isn't

Unhooked Live is a live educational and coaching program based on Dr. Jaffe's research and the Unhooked method. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or a crisis service, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.

• Joining does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or other clinical relationship with Dr. Jaffe, IGNTD's coaches, or IGNTD. Dr. Jaffe takes part as an educator and coach, not as your clinician.
• Nothing in the program is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before you change how you use alcohol, drugs or medication. Stopping some substances suddenly, including alcohol and benzodiazepines, can cause dangerous withdrawal.
• If you are in treatment or therapy, keep going. This program is meant to sit alongside that care, not replace it.

3. Who can join, and safety

You must be 18 or older. This program isn't the right fit right now if you are in crisis, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or at risk of withdrawal without medical support.

• In crisis: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or call 911.
• If something you share during the program suggests you or someone else may be at risk, we may pause your participation, share crisis resources, recommend clinical care and offer a referral, and, if we believe someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
• Hot seats are always voluntary. You can pass at any time.

4. What each tier includes

Seat	$97, one time	4 live 75-minute sessions with Dr. Jaffe (Wednesdays, 1:00 PM Pacific); SPARx access for the program; the cohort group and community room; replays until December 18, 2026.
Hot Seat	$297, one time	Everything in Seat, plus two live 90-minute hot-seat sessions (October 29 and November 12) in rooms of 20 people or fewer; Inner Circle members go first, then Hot Seat members as time allows; replays until February 16, 2027; a Day-30 re-audit and live debrief call.
Inner Circle	$597 today, then SPARx Premium (see section 6)	Everything in Hot Seat, plus one guaranteed 10-minute hot seat; SPARx Premium; IGNTD coach office hours on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the program.

Session dates and times may change if we need to reschedule; we'll tell you by email as early as we can, and replays of teaching sessions stay available. Hot-seat sessions are never recorded.

5. SPARx access

The program runs inside SPARx, IGNTD's program app. Use the same email address you paid with to activate your account. Your Unhooked Live access runs through November 23, 2026; after that, Seat and Hot Seat accounts move to SPARx's free plan and nothing bills automatically. Replays stay available until the dates in section 4. Your use of SPARx is also governed by SPARx's own terms.

6. Inner Circle and SPARx Premium renewal

Inner Circle includes a SPARx Premium subscription that starts with a free trial when you buy.

• Today you pay $597.
• On the renewal date — November 20, 2026, or the later date shown at checkout, never earlier — SPARx Premium is charged at $359.96 every 4 weeks to the payment method you used, until you cancel.
• Cancel any time before the renewal date and you won't be charged. Use the cancel link in your program emails or your billing portal, or email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
• We'll remind you by email about 10 days and about 3 days before the first charge, and Stripe sends its own reminder before the trial ends.
• Charges already made for a 4-week period aren't refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires.

7. Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are founding-cohort prices. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. Any applicable taxes are added at checkout.

8. Refunds

• Session-one guarantee. Attend the first live session on October 21, 2026. If it isn't for you, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] by 11:59 PM Pacific that night and we'll refund every dollar of your program fee.
• After October 21, program fees aren't refundable, except as described below or where the law requires.
• If we postpone or cancel the cohort (for example, if fewer than 20 people enroll by October 19, 2026), you can choose a full refund or a seat in the next cohort.
• A refund ends your program and SPARx event access.

9. Group agreements

• What's shared here stays here. Don't record, screenshot, or share anything another participant says or shows, or anything that could identify them.
• Cameras are optional, and you can use a first name only.
• Be respectful. No harassment, selling, or advice that tells others to stop medication or treatment.
• We may remove anyone who breaks these agreements. If the breach is serious, removal is without a refund.

10. Privacy and recordings

• This is a group setting. We ask everyone to keep what's shared private, but we can't guarantee that every participant will. Share only what you're comfortable sharing.
• Teaching sessions are recorded for participants' replays. If you speak or turn your camera on, you may appear in a replay. Hot-seat sessions are never recorded.
• We use your contact details to run the program and send program messages. We send text reminders only if you opted in at checkout; reply STOP to end them. Message and data rates may apply.
• We never use your story, words or image in marketing without your separate written permission.

11. Program materials

Program content, including sessions, replays, worksheets and the Pattern Decoder, belongs to IGNTD and Dr. Jaffe. It's for your personal use. Please don't copy, resell or share it.

12. Results

People's experiences vary. We don't promise any particular outcome. What you get from the program depends on many things, including the work you put in outside the sessions.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, IGNTD, Dr. Jaffe and IGNTD's coaches aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the program, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

14. Changes, law and contact

• We may update these terms for future cohorts. Changes won't reduce what you've already paid for.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], and disputes will be handled in the courts of [COUNTY], unless the law where you live says otherwise.
